Not all features work

I cant get an iOS to iOS transfer using the app on either BT or wifi. No response from tech support.

I can transfer files between iPhone and/or iPad using the PC/Mac browser method.

I like the idea of knowing where to find my files on my iOS device.

Tech support, please respond. I need help.
